Please complete the following form to register for the 2009 Conference for American Indian Women of Proud Nations. Registration includes luncheons, refreshment breaks, conference bag and Women's Honor Ceremony and Banquet.
Registration deadline is September 18, 2009. On-site registration will be limited. For more information, call Becky Goins Leviner at (910) 521-6282.
Participants will receive the following CEU points: .6 for one day/1.2 for two days.

REGISTRATION FEE
- Types of Registration Available
- General - $75 per person per day or two days for $125: includes access to all refreshment breaks, keynote sessions, two lunches, breakout sessions and Honor Ceremony.
- High School Student - $100 for both days: includes the above.
- American Indian Elder (60 and above) - $75 for both days: includes the above.
- College Student - Free for both days. Meals are NOT included. ($100 including meals)
- Registration Scholarship - Ten "need based" scholarships are available
- Women's Honor Ceremony and Banquet (Friday, September 25, 2009 at 6:00 pm)
- Attending Honor Ceremony and banquet only - $30
- Note: $125 registration includes ticket to honor ceremony
- Honor or Remember A Special Person - $10 per name
- Name will be listed in conference program booklet
- Tour of Historical American Indian Sites in Robeson County (Saturday, September 26, 10 am – 1 pm) - $10 per person
- Seating is limited. First come, first served.
- Conference Vendor - $50 for one day and $75 for both days
- Does not include meals
- Tables will be provided in the lobby of the Givens Performing Arts Center
- Name Badges and tickets for the luncheons and Honor Ceremony will be required to attend conference events. Note: your registration is used to create your name badge, tickets and other conference materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual Registration: A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made upon written notification by September 1, 2009. Registered participants who fail to attend the conference without a timely formal cancellation will be charged the entire registration fee.
